The Equentity LLC Web site contains methods of communication open for acceptable use by current customers, potential customers, industry colleagues and the general Web audience. The forms provided for communication may not be used to transmit bulk messages or to send business-to-business communications that have been transmitted verbatim to other business whether via spamming techniques or legitimate communication.
Equentity LLC welcomes sales correspondences from other businesses so long as the same correspondence is not sent in duplicate, the communicated products/services are legal for sale in the city of Uniontown, Lake Township, Stark County and the state of Ohio, and fall within the bounds of legitimate commerce in the United States, the communication does not contain any referral links or tracking devices and the return address is active for dialog.
Any transmission through the Equentity LLC Web site or sent and received by an Equentity LLC email address becomes property of Equentity LLC and may be archived and/or rebroadcast at its discretion, so long as doing so does not infringe on our visitors' rights as stated in our privacy policy.
The Equentity LLC Web site may not be mined for email addresses. Visitors or bots who choose to engage in mining regardless of this policy will find little of value, as all addresses listed are temporary and will be rotated at the first sign of spam or other illegitimate use. Equentity LLC may choose to ban certain visitors or bots through automated means should such activity take place.
